About This Website

The information on this website describes the services K&H Excavating offers and the area we serve. It's meant to help you understand what we do. It is not a quote, a contract, or a promise of a specific result on your property. Every property is different, and the details of any project are worked out directly with us.

Estimates

Estimates from K&H Excavating are free. An estimate reflects the conditions we see at your property and the scope of work we discuss with you at that time. If the scope changes, or site conditions turn out to be different than expected, the estimate may need to be updated. Submitting a form or calling us does not commit you to hiring us, and it does not commit us to taking on the project.

Service Area

We serve west central Indiana and parts of eastern Illinois from our base in Rosedale, Indiana. Most work is within about 50 miles of Rosedale, and larger projects may be taken on up to about 75 miles away. Whether we can take on a project outside our core area depends on its size and scope.

Services We Do Not Provide

K&H Excavating does not build driveways and does not trench for utility lines or septic systems.

Scheduling and Weather

Excavation, pond, and clearing work depends on weather and ground conditions. Rain, frozen ground, and wet seasons can delay start dates or pause work in progress. Schedules are planned with these conditions in mind and may shift when the weather does.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Card payments are processed through Square. Payment terms for a specific project are set out in that project's estimate or agreement.

Photos and Content

The photos, text, and other content on this website belong to K&H Excavating LLC unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

This website may link to other sites, such as our Facebook page. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
